Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JSG Dhillon(2020) Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Service Management
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
