Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in sales analytics, process improvement, and CRM management to effectively support and enhance decision-making across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting: Generate regular revenue reports and pipeline metrics to track performance against targets and objectives.
  • Dashboard Analytics: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize sales performance and pipeline status for senior leadership.
  • Pipeline Cleanup/Reporting: Review and refine the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Forecasting: Conduct weekly forecasts of expected billings and assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget plans by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the maintenance of CRM, address system issues, and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
  • Sales Tools: Evaluate and manage sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Power BI required, SQL preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
