About the Role

As a Mobile Building Operator at Homestead Land Holdings Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-residential apartment buildings. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, corridors, and apartments
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work
    • Conduct grounds maintenance and upkeep
  • Tenant Relations and Administration
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, responding to their queries and resolving issues
    • Process rent payments, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times, responding promptly to emergencies
    • Maintain accurate records of fire safety and winter logs
  • General
    • Follow an on-call schedule, providing support and assistance as needed
    • Maintain accurate stock control records and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
