About the Role
Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile Building Operator to join our team in Oakville. As a key member of our site staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent level of customer service for our residents by assuming various roles in maintenance, administration, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including ensuring cleanliness of common areas and corridors, preparing apartments for new residents, and facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance in plumbing and electrical.
- Provide excellent tenant relations and administrative support, including addressing tenant concerns effectively and promptly, maintaining positive relations with tenants, and collecting and recording incoming rents.
- Ensure resident safety and security at all times, respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies, and maintain fire safety logs and winter logs.
- Follow an on-call schedule, maintain accurate stock control records, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
