About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardening Helper to join our team at Bal Gardening & Landscaping Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and rake and collect refuse to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our landscaping goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in gardening or landscaping is an asset.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
