About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardening Helper to join our team at Bal Gardening & Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our experienced team to design and build stunning outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that all plants and trees are securely fastened to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of our clients' gardens by removing weeds, pruning trees and shrubs, and trimming plants to perfection.
  • Cut Grass: Regularly mow and maintain lawns to ensure they look their best.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Keep our clients' gardens clean and tidy by raking up leaves and collecting refuse.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Ensure that our clients' gardens are free from litter and garbage.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Install new sod or seed to create lush, green lawns that our clients will love.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs and Trees: Plant a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees to add color and beauty to our clients' gardens.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Use fertilizers to promote healthy growth and development of our clients' plants and trees.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns and/or Gardens: Regularly water and tend to our clients' plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the care they need.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Use a variety of equipment to maintain our clients' gardens, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
Requirements
  • Experience an Asset: While experience is not required, it is highly desirable.
