We are a reputable and established gardening company seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardener Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of gardening services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to assist our landscape gardeners in various tasks, including:

  • Assisting with landscape constructions and installations
  • Weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cutting grass and maintaining lawns to the highest standards
  • Removing litter and garbage from our gardens and outdoor spaces
  • Planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance our gardens' beauty
  • Watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being
  • Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and safe working practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of gardening practices and ability to learn and adapt to new techniques
