Kitchen Operations Assistant

As a vital member of our culinary team at Charred Rotisserie House, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your contributions will ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly and that our guests receive the highest quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining essentials in serving areas.
- Linen Management: Carry and replace linens as required.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
- Waste Disposal: Efficiently remove kitchen waste and garbage.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Experience: Candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
