Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Smoke 2 Snack. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and staff well-being.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
