Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Community Services Worker to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a Community Services Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to individuals and communities in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and services to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of service plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other government agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans to address the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a community services setting, preferably in a government agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
