We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Technician to join our team at Royal Autodetailing Inc. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing accurate and timely financial information to management.
  • Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and complete financial records.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare trial balance of books, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
