Position Details:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package after 3 months
  • Vacation: 3 weeks of vacation
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office with hybrid options during inclement weather

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for commercial accounts across Ontario and Quebec, addressing overdue invoices in both English and French.
  • Conduct security registrations on commercial transactions.
  • Keep the Credit Manager informed regarding account issues.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports.
  • Oversee order releases.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate (B2B) Credit & Collections within a medium-sized organization.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A team-oriented individual with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Results-oriented, known for thriving in dynamic settings.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules.
