Key Responsibilities- Education and Career Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to students on academic and career-related matters, including course selection, university applications, and career development.
- Counseling and Support: Offer emotional support and counseling to students, addressing personal and social issues that may impact their academic performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and community agencies to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
- Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of guidance and counseling programs to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of educational and career development principles.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate student needs.
