Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 5 Route Driver with Air Brakes to join our team at Daniels Health. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
* Load and unload trucks, securing items to prevent damage
* Drive local and occasional out-of-town routes, ensuring timely delivery and collection of products
* Complete daily driver log book and accurately record information on packing slips and manifests
* Comply with all environmental and health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Class 5 license with air brakes
* Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
* Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling weights of sixty pounds or more
* Minimum of 12 months verifiable, related behind-the-wheel driving experience
* Clean CVOR and Driver's Abstract
* Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
* Ability to safely load and properly block, brace, and secure materials
* Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
* Ability to drive the vehicle safely in accordance with all traffic regulations
