Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People and Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and leading an exceptional end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle recruitment of our candidate pipeline for both our Montreal, QC and Somerville, MA locations.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
- Conduct and design tailored sourcing efforts and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring teams to identify needs, provide support throughout the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and propose opportunities for process improvement.
- Identify and take ownership of creative recruitment strategies and opportunities that fit with VIA's culture, and hiring needs.
- Support equitable recruitment practices at VIA through the promotion of DE&I talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with the POps team to drive the ongoing management and development of new hire onboarding processes.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with an HRIS or ATS.
- Knowledge of the Montreal market in terms of recruitment, sources of talent, benefits, and total compensation.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
