Job Summary

1965121 Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients' physical and mental health, consult with other medical practitioners as needed, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescription and Administration: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
  • Patient Education and Support: Provide patients with accurate and timely information on health care, as well as offer counseling and support on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
  • Emergency Care: Provide emergency care and respond to critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as submit reports to relevant authorities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Certifications and Licenses: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
