Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at WELL Health Clinic Network.

Job Summary:

The Family Medicine Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to promote health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of family medicine, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote health and wellness
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed
  • Order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment
  • Consult with other medical professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on healthy habits and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
