About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our parking facilities, ensuring that they are operated efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our parking facilities, including revenue collection, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of parking attendants, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and minimize risk.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that our parking facilities are well-maintained, including regular cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on facility performance, including revenue, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the parking industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
