Site Manager

Join the Reimagined Parking family, a leading tech-powered, people-driven parking solutions provider, as a Site Manager. Our team of 8,000 manages 3,400 high-density parking facilities across 500 North American cities, generating 34 million digital transactions annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Contact: Liaise with property managers and respond to all requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Client Satisfaction: Respond and handle client requests and resolve all issues in a timely fashion both verbally and/or in writing.
  • Reporting: Review and ensure accuracy of daily reporting, and ensure timely delivery of all required reports.
  • Tenant Account Management: Reconcile, audit, and update all parking accounts, including device issuance and replacement.
  • Card Access Auditing: Ensure operations are properly locking out unpaid accounts, and follow up on unreturned access cards and decals not on file.
  • Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report any discrepancies between parkade access system and MPS Core.
  • Office Administration: Order supplies as required and handle correspondence for the Account Manager.
  • Staff Training and Succession Planning: Educate, hire, discipline, terminate, train, and schedule staff.
  • Staff Scheduling: Produce and maintain updated monthly schedules within UKG and Dimensions.
  • Loss Prevention: Follow up on daily reports and ensure compliance with property management and Impark audit standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Review and maintain the physical condition of lots, including landscaping, signage, surface, and lighting.
  • Rate Strategies: Review rates and make recommendations on ways to incentivize parking operations and grow parking revenues.
  • Performance Review: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of staff as required by Impark policy.
  • Safety: Ensure locations operate safely in adherence to property management and Impark standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Account Management Experience: Experience in account management and revenue collection.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Availability: Availability to work on weekends.
