Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, dependable, good judgement, ability to multitask.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
