Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
Ninety Five Lube Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales staff, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English language.
