About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Thai Nongkhai. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food and supply costs
  • Consult with clients on menu options and special requests
  • Prepare and cook meals for customers with dietary restrictions
  • Order and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
