Cineplex is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of employees, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of employees to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage theatre operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve theatre performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a theatre or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
