This Information System refresh project is already in progress, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the project teams, particularly in the integration and testing work streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate project management standards and techniques to project leads
- Manage integrations, dependencies, and interfaces between IT enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and client Applications
- Review status reports and requirement documentation, providing feedback to ensure project guidelines are met
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, schedules, and critical paths
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders
- Supervise new project team members and contractors, mentoring them to take ownership of their tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Work with different areas of the organization to deliver cross-functional goal-oriented projects
- Experience with large project delivery, working on projects involving Application service/System Integrators
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience and project implementation knowledge
- Experience in implementing projects using various methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective cross-functional relationships
- Experience in creating project plans, status reports, and tracking progress
- PMP Certification
