About Our Client

Our client is a leading construction company with a strong presence in the ICI and Multi-Residential sectors. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction effort to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects across the food processing, manufacturing, institutional, multi-residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in managing project teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for dealing with various stakeholders.
  • Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
