About Our Client

Our client is a leading construction company with a strong presence in Southwestern Ontario.

Job Overview

* We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee project teams on assigned sites, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.

* The ideal candidate will provide overall management, administrative, and technical direction for one or more projects, reviewing initial drawings and project scope to ensure compliance.

* Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and scheduling of trades, identifying potential problems and advising senior management.

* Oversee tendering and revision of contracts, preliminary construction schedules, and project reports.

* Enforce company and project policies, manage client relationships, and ensure project performance in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and overall status.

* The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards, as well as advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and project management software.
