As a Part-Time Team Leader, you will serve as the initial representative of our brand for families. Your role will involve celebrating new parents and grandparents, introducing essential products for infants, and preparing for key milestones in their parenting journey. We seek a leader who cultivates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, values diverse skills and talents, and is committed to continuous learning about product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our products and brand to assist families through every stage from preemie to size 14.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide guidance on our product offerings.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers.
  • Consistently demonstrate service standards and omni-channel experiences while mentoring others towards success.
  • Lead and manage a designated business focus area through strategic planning and thorough execution.
  • Fulfill Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving performance and addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance results.
  • Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to the store team and communicate performance issues to the Store Manager.
  • Acknowledge outstanding performance through positive reinforcement and recognition.
  • Assist the store team with Asset Protection by maintaining high standards of customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer and technology applications (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).
  • A diverse range of skills and experiences.
  • A high school diploma.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as necessary, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders as needed.
  • Availability may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
