Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to join our team at S & S TRUCK AND TRAILERS SERVICES. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in logistics, administration, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives as needed
  • Select middle managers, directors, and executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage a large workload, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, and information technology
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $100,001 - $500,000
