Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Competition Concrete Inc. This role involves working with concrete to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in concrete finishing.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: The work environment can be noisy and is primarily outdoors.
  • Locations: Various job sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill imperfections and smooth out freshly poured concrete surfaces.
  • Utilize power vibrators for effective concrete compaction.
  • Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specified grades and depths.
  • Perform tasks at heights using scaffolding or swing stages.
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Install various fixtures including anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills.
  • Apply hardening and sealing agents to enhance surface durability.
  • Waterproof and restore concrete surfaces as needed.
  • Repair and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications accurately.
