We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Director, Paid Social to join our team and lead our clients' paid social media efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client relationships, developing and executing paid social media strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

As a Group Director, Paid Social, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Leadership: Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and ROI.
  • Paid Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of paid social media specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality work and exceptional client service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in paid social media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about paid social media and has a proven track record of success in client leadership, strategy development, and team management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior account director or group director role.
  • University or college degree in media, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Direct client service experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of paid social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
