Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at RKS Hotels Group Ltd. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in our hotel's operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Room Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal room utilization.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
