Dental Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team at 123Dentist. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive and rewarding experience.
- Work independently as needed and collaborate with our experienced dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school or university program.
- Registered or in the process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia.
- 2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided.
- High earning potential in a high-producing dental practice.
- Part-time position with the potential to increase hours as needed.

- State-of-the-art technologies and equipment, including iTero and CBCT/PAN scanner.
- Mentorship and training for new graduates.
- Experienced dental professionals who provide leadership and mentorship to support your growth and development.
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience).
