Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team at the Eastern Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our women's health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Perform routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears and breast exams.
  • Diagnose and treat a range of gynecological conditions, including infections, cancers, and hormonal imbalances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Completion of a residency program in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the province.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
