Job Summary

MASRAWY FINE EGYPTIAN CATERING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastry dishes and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new pastry menus, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all pastry dishes meet the required standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in pastry arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume kitchen is required.
  • Skills: Excellent pastry skills, including baking, decorating, and presentation. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required.
