In this role, you will provide expert nutritional care to patients within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will encompass assessing patient needs, developing individualized nutrition plans, providing education and counseling, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Education, Training And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from a Dietitians of Canada accredited university program.
  • Completion of a Dietitians of Canada accredited clinical/general dietetic internship.
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
  • Eligibility for membership in the Dietitians of Canada.
  • Previous experience as a practicing Dietitian is preferred.
Skills And Abilities
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage patient caseloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey nutritional information to patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and foster positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and computer operation.
  • Physical capability to perform the duties of the position.
