Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
