Cision Ltd. is a leader in the tech industry, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Partner Development Executive. This highly strategic role will involve directly supporting our senior leaders and partnering with globally-dispersed clients. Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing analysis of assigned client groups, monitoring and interpreting metrics to inform decision-making, and driving accountability and a performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, CIPD qualification, and in-depth knowledge of EMEA-wide labor and employment law. Experience working with global technology or SaaS companies, including EMEA, Americas, and APAC, is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and talent management, and employment law.
