Job Title: Handyman/Handywoman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team at Les Jardins de la Noblesse. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and other equipment, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision and be able to work independently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or related field.
  • Dependability, organized, and reliable.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
