Job Title: Handyman/Handywoman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team at Les Jardins de la Noblesse. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors and stairs.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Dependability, organized, and reliability are essential qualities for this position.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
