About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across Canada, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
  • 1-year experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
