Job Title: Boutique Fitness Team Lead

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Fitness Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our fitness team, you will lead fitness classes, motivate participants, and oversee boutique fitness operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fitness classes and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals
  • Oversee boutique fitness operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor department issues and member complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
  • Regularly audit customer service to ensure all service standards are carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
  • Attend all relevant team meetings and contribute knowledge and advice to improve the overall performance of the department
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry or recreation management is an asset
  • Certification in group fitness or training relevant to their classes
  • At least 1+ years in a leadership role is an asset
  • At least 2+ years of experience instructing studio fitness classes and managing programs with diverse populations is an asset
  • Tech-savvy with well-honed marketing and social media abilities
