The Lawyer, a leading brand in the legal industry, is seeking a skilled Research and Data Customer Insights Manager to drive revenue growth and identify areas of excellence. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Research and Data Director to identify new market opportunities and develop a robust horizon scanning process to anticipate customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management and development of research and data projects
  • Analyse market and customer trends to identify opportunities for new revenue streams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and deliver new research and data products and services
  • Design and deliver product road maps and establish a robust horizon scanning process
  • Collect and analyse customer data to identify areas of excellence and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience in client-facing research or research-related roles, ideally in a research agency setting
  • Demonstratable experience of client management and production of client outputs
  • Experience in using data analysis and visualisation software
  • Strong understanding of the UK and international legal market
  • Ability to develop insights from varied data sources
  • Attention to detail and data checking skills
