About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Team Logic Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management: Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
