We are currently in search of enthusiastic, dependable, and friendly individuals to join our Atlantic Canada team as Valet Parking Specialists, stationed at various locations.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Successful candidates will typically work full-time, 9-hour shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and concluding as late as 12 AM. Our services operate seven days a week, so candidates should be prepared for a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.
Reliable transportation is essential, along with a valid Canadian driver's license and a clean driving record. A minimum of three years of driving experience is also required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to engage with the public and clients in a professional and courteous manner, and excellent communication abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles
- Safely operate vehicles in tight spaces
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles for any damages
- Issue and collect valet tickets as necessary
- Safeguard keys in a secure key box
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking
- Maintain cleanliness in the work and parking areas
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
- Foster positive relationships with customers
- Address customer complaints and contribute to solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism and diplomacy
- Prior experience in customer service
- Valet experience is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid Canadian driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of three years of driving experience
- Ability to maneuver vehicles in confined spaces without damage
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
We provide paid training, breaks, and uniforms at no cost.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including a criminal record check.
