Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Operations
    • Carry and replace linens, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
    • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, ensuring efficient service.
    • Place dishes in storage areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a smooth service flow.
  • Customer Service
    • Package take-out food, ensuring accurate and timely orders.
    • Portion and wrap foods, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
    • Take customers' orders, accurately and efficiently.
  • Back-of-House Operations
    • Handle and store cleaning products, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
    Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Wild Wing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, ensuring a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.

Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule
    • 32.5 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
