Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Solution Design: Create customized solutions across essential modules such as SecOps, ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM, following industry-leading practices.
  • Configuration and Enhancement: Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to align with security and operational standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Offer expert guidance for application development, workflows, and system integrations.
  • ITIL Implementation: Spearhead the adoption of ITIL methodologies within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Technical Assessment: Perform technical evaluations and keep abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with solution architects and application teams to maximize the advantages of the platform.
  • Platform Governance: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance platform efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years focused on architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
  • Experience with system integrators and an understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and web application architecture.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and exposure to a variety of technologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
