Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 311 FLSmidth Ltd. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to define project scope, pricing, and delivery expectations.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with export control regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the company and with customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand commercial, financial, and contract terms.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and online.
