Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Associate to join our team at UAP Inc. as a Part-time Automotive Parts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on vehicle parts and accessories, both in-store and over the phone.
- Process orders and follow up with customers as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Offer product expertise and provide relevant parts recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to handle inventory and merchandise.
- Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or automotive parts experience is an asset.
