Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
