Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at New Furniture Gallery. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is organized and tidy.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
